Dr. Dorcas Erowo Okah is a distinguished professional with a passion for health, safety, environmental sustainability, and business development across the wellness, oil and gas and other sectors. 

With over 30 years of both international and local industry experience, she has built an impressive track record of conceptualizing, developing, and delivering high-impact projects, quality products, and exceptional services. 

Throughout her career, she has successfully collaborated with professionals from more than 76 nationalities, consistently driving targets and delivering results, achieving strategic objectives, and fostering excellence in diverse multicultural environments.

Beyond her corporate accomplishments, Dr.  Dorcas Okah is a respected faith leader and serves as the Presiding Bishop-Elect of a Christian organization in Nigeria with a rich 45-year history. Her elevation to this role reflects her dedication, leadership, and years of faithful service through the ranks of the organization from childhood.

She is a Major Donor Rotarian, a globally recognized transformational leadership coach, mentor, and speaker, and a lifelong learner with a passion for personal and professional development. 

Her diverse portfolio of accomplishments also includes serving as a Justice of the Peace (JP), musician, entrepreneur, fashion enthusiast, and international Girl Scout leader.

Dr. Dorcas Okah is an active member of both the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON). She also serves as Patron of the Integrity Group of Nigeria and holds board-level responsibilities as a shareholder and Director in several companies across Nigeria.
